hi people,

I'm trying to model a coupled variable in CFX with the additional variable in a fluid.

Let's say that the variable called y is a function of concentration of the additional variable near the wall, y = f (C nw)

So, this y is used to calculate the resistance of the mass transfer so a new value of C is obtained and used to recalculate y.

Is there a way to implement this coupled variable in CFX?

Thanks in advance!!

This may create convergence difficulties, but this model should be simple to implement.

Will I need CEL to implement?

Yes, CEL and a few additional variables. The coupling is handled by CFX and hopefully convergence will still be OK with it.
