Thermal phase change model

Hi there, I'm trying to simulate two-phase flow system having steam as a continuous phase and water droplet as a dispersed phase. When there is no phase change, everything is fine. But as soon as I applied phase change with thermal phase change model under Fluid Pairs tab, there was an error and no result file available. Every property (enthalpy, density, etc.) went outside their upper limits (there were lots of error message boxes) and it was suggested to increase the table range. I checked "extrapolation" boxes for both temperature and pressure, but didn't help. Another error message box was that there was fluid flowing into the domain at the outlet boundary (it's not supposed to happen). How could this happen? It was suggested to change the outlet boundary to an opening.
