Qustion about CFX expression bug

Hi,

The expression

'if(atstep<50.5,1 [s],1e-5 [s])'

is used to set up the time step changing from 1 s to 1e-5 s after the accumulated time step reaches 50.

Why it doesn't work? Any bug?

Seems OK based on the glimpse you have given us - but if it does not work can you please show the error message?

It just doesn't shift the time step length after the accumulated time step number passed 50.

Yes. Exactly. It is not shifting. Why?

No idea. There are lots of easy work-arounds, so I would not worry about the details of why this does not work and just use another method to define your time step.
