CFD-Post two phase free-surface display

I have a two phase 3D transient simulation. I want to display free surface like this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4jHIAfHG6Y . But i could not find how to do it. I tried volume randering, iso surface , iso volume , contour but could not do it .

Any help will be mostly appreciated.
Thanks
P.S. My email address is ukarpuz@hotmail.com feel free to mail me any information you think will be of some help. Thanks

Draw a isosurface of volume fraction set to the level VF=0.5.

To do the animation use the animation controls.
