Hi all

i`m working on the simulation of turbine which has 9M nodes using linux cluster.

cluster consists of 11 compute nodes having 4 cores, 64G RAM for master and so on.

Problem is,

when the simulation is done by approaching to target iteration, cfx could not write result file with error message like below:

-------------------------------------------------------
ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrorAction.
Message:
iocnt: write compressed data failed
-------------------------------------------------------

This message is showed about a hundred times.

I`m looking forward to get your answer.

thank you

is there by any chance an "uncommon" letter (üöä etc) or symbol in the write path? AFAIK Ansys doesn't like that.
I also assume you made sure that there's enough hard drive space?
Have you tried another path / set a different directory as your working directory?

Thank you Maxim

there is no uncommon letter in the path. path is written with english only.
In addition, hard disk space is enough.
Actually, I have not tried to solve in another directory. Because It is almost solved by using "essential ouput" in Output control. It is working with 100 iteration case but case with target iteration is still problem. I think it might be related with RAM(I wrote that our cluster has 64G RAM. But I was confused. It is 32G RAM)

If you have another idea for this, please let me know
