Reference Specific Enthalpy and Entropy

Dear All,

I am making a comparison between the preloaded data in CFX and properties available for real fluid.

I am checking in particular the reference specific enthalpy and entropy of water at 25°C.

In CFX:

Ref Spec Enthalpy = -1.586E+7 J/Kg (how is it possible to have a negative value???)

Ref Spec Entropy = 2.82E+3 J/Kg/K

but looking at the values in NIST RefProp I see:

Enthalpy = 104.83 J/Kg
Entropy = 0.367 J/Kg/K

Why the values are not matching? Am I comparing different quantities? How is it possible to have a a negative Ref Spec Enthalpy in CFX?

Thanks in advance.

Regards
