Modeling a complex geometry

Hi, i have to model a spillway with vaiable width, curvatures and changes of slope and i can't make the geometry of this. Before that Design Modeler was enough for me but now i need a solution in how can do this.
Wich software recomend to do the geometry and how can export that to ANSYS without trouble. Please help i need a solution for this

Any major solid modelling package (Solidworks, Pro-Engineer, Inventor, Unigraphics etc) interfaces with ANSYS just fine.

Did you read my post? If you cannot define your geometry in Designmodeller then any serious solid modelling package will do it.
