Use the mesh transform options in CFX-Pre. But the best option is to generate the geometry in the correct location and then it will automatically fit properly.

I have created this geometry in CATIA V4 R18. i mean the outer extended domain. I will try to change co ordinate system there itself. Thanks a lot again.]

CFX-Pre has no mating options or anything like that. That is why it is preferable to do this on a solid modelling package where you can use things like mate conditions to get things to align precisely.

In CFX-Pre you have to tell it what distance to translate. So you need to determine the move and define the vector. If you don't know the distance then guess, then undo, and adjust the vector until you get it right. Very tedious but you get there.

In Analysis 'Flow Analysis 1' - Domain Interface 'S1 to R1': Pitch Change option 'Automatic' is not valid if side 1 or 2 of the interface has a 360 degree or greater pitch angle, zero radius, mesh faces normal and parallel to the rotation axis, or mesh faces at the hub curve (low radial or axial position) which are thin in the radial or axial direction.]
.......... this error is coming.
