About Rotating Reference Frame (RRF)in CFX

Hi,everybody

I'm dealing with a wind turbine rotating simulation. Now I have some uncerten things about RRF need ask.

Some info about this simulation list below:
in coming wind speed : 10m/s along Y-axis
Rotating domain: +320rpm about Y-axis, it's clockwise rotation if you observe in front of whole turbine (inclued nose corn, two blades only and a short cylinder that represente the linkage between the rotor and nacelle)
Stationary domain : include nacelle and tower.
3 split interfaces enclose rotor.

I have performed the steady state simulation, I slice the blade and view the fluid velocity around the airfoil,I found fluid come frome the trailing edge to leading edge which is oppsite the physical condistion.

so I decide use -320rpm for rotaing domain, and do a transient simulation and make an animation, however in this animation the blade is rotating in anti-clockwise which it is not true in physics.

So I'd like to know, for the rotating domain should use the same angular velocity as the blades or reversed angular velocity?
