Hello,
I'm new to CFX software. I am trying to stimulate a centrifugal compressor. the model include a impeller passage, a diffuser passage,a whole volute. The inlet boundry is total pressure, total temperature, direction of velocity. The outlet boundry is mass flow. it is a steady stimulation. But during solving, the mass flow of inlet isn't equal to outlet, and when I change the mass flow of outlet, the mass flow of inlet isn't changed. I don't know why,and who can help me? |

It sounds like your simulation is not converged. It can take a few iterations for the changes at the inlet to propagate to the outlet, and a few more iterations to establish the new equilibrium.
