can anyone tell that can i define water in one domain and steam in other domain and both water&steam in third domain. i have problem in this regard.anyone help in this regard

Then you define all 3 domains the same, with water and steam defined in all of them. It is just that one domain has the volume fraction of water = 0, and one has the volume fraction of steam = 0.
