Is there any way to control cfx with Matlab? I want to use it for FSI simulation.
I know there is way to control CFD and Mechanical APDL with Matlab but for CFX I don't know!

What is it that you want to do with Matlab? Have you tried the search function on the forum?

Thanks for your reply. I've already read those threads.
I want to know if I can write an input file for CFX and run it as batch file from Matlab.
My ultimate goal is to write a code for 2 way FSI problem! Imagine you want to do FSI but without opening workbench GUI! Is it possible?!

See the cfx5cmds command. With that you can change the .def file with a text file containing ccl commands. I guess you should be able to setup an entire case without opening the gui.
