Is it possible to solve domain air flow phenomena by outlet velocity profile? If so what is proper inlet boundary condition? I tried Total pressure or static pressure but it did not give good results.

try to make transient simulation and the initial pressure on inlet 1 atm. You can define on domain the flow direction and velocity
