Remeshing differents walls with a differents conditions

good afternoon,

I need help to remeshing a disk 3D, like the figure below. And I need make a transient simulation. Boundary walls have the following settings:

I do not understand your question. Meshing a geometry like that should be very easy. Are you trying to do dynamic remeshing? And why have you mentioned moving walls and stationary walls? Are you doing mesh motion?

I'm sorry, I did not specify correctly what I do.

First, yes, I'm doing the mesh motion.

this is the fluid domain, the left wall is static, and here have a pipe to the inlet flow, the rest is deformable. the right wall rotates about an axis, deforming the rest of the walls.

This is easy(ish) to do with mesh motion. You probably do not need remeshing unless you want to use very large ranges of motion.
