Hello Everyone,

I am beginner in CFX. I want to just simulate milk flow in double tube heat exchanger. For that i have Define properties of milk as a custom material particularly as a multiphase dispersed medium . Can anyone tell me how to do it and what would preferable composition. Any citation also can be very helpful.

If you are defining a fluid like milk as anything more than just an incompressible fluid with a density and viscosity then you need to think about what you are trying to model and what are the important physical properties which affect it. So you will need to tell us what you are trying to do before we can help you.

But I think in your case the answer will be to have a look in the literature. Somebody will have done this before so see what they have done first.
