modelling volume heat production

Hi,how can i model a solid domain with heat production in it's volume?
for example as you know,if we have current in a wire,it will produce heat in it's volume. some tips can be helpful tanks. |

Yes, put a source term in the solid region and give it a thermal source.

in domain details there are only basic setting,solid models and initialization,where is source?

Create a subdomain using the same region locator as you used to define the domain. Subdomains have source term options.
