where I went wrong in simulation gas-solid two phase flow in a turbine stage

When I simulating the gas-solid two phase flow in turbine stage obtain this solution(see figure below).The interfaces like wall to solid particle. Where I went wrong? Thanks a lot!

What is wrong in the image? I see lots of particles hitting the blades and rebounding off. Is it not meant to be like this?
