Hi everyone

I have a transient simulation including rigid body FSI, within the CFX solver.

ANSYS v16.0, running on Windows 7, 64bit. Ran CFX within the Workbench environment.

The solution simulation ran successfully, but did not finish writing the output file nor copying the results back into the Workbench directory structure. The WB project is left hanging and not updated. Was away from my computer for much of the day - still "busy" and not completed the update 6 hours later.

The output file is stalled at:

Code:
 +--------------------------------------------------------------------+
 | Job Information at End of Run |
 +--------------------------------------------------------------------+

 Job finished: Fri Jul 10 10:31:39 2015

Total wall clock time: 5.502E+04 seconds
             or: ( 0: 15: 16: 59.173 )
( Days: Hours: Minutes: Seconds )

--> Final synchronization point reached by all partitions.
It is missing the final messages stating where the file have been written to and that they are then copied to the WB project.

Cannot find the *.res file, but all the *.trn files are there. Unfortunately these are minimal files, with selected variables - so no good for restart or getting mesh.

Any suggestions for recovering or extracting data from this? I have raised this with tech support, but at the end of Friday, so thought I would see if someone in another time zone had any suggestions.

I usually run transient solutions standalone, but thought I would try this one in WB.

Thanks for comments.
