pressure in rigid body

hi every body
we want to capture impact pressure in point of rigid body.
our simulation is: wedge fall in water(rigid body, cfx 14.5 ,sliding mesh).we should use pressure ,total pressure or.... to show impact pressure?

Have you read the definitions of pressure and total pressure? That answer is obvious if you know what they mean. I realise I am being horrible by not telling you the answer but if you are going to do CFD you need to be able to find answers to questions like this yourself.

which please?

Pressure. So my question to you is why is total pressure not appropriate in this case?

i used pressure, but it just show hydrostatic pressure and cant show impact pressure.

You could use the absolute pressure and subtract the atmospheric pressure to give the pressure on the pressure acting on the hull.
