Simulation of combustion of a solid
 

I want to simulate process combustion of a solid fuel rod in can combustor. the combustion are happened in high pressure and with specified rules. these specified are defined by equations. i am solving a problem to see change of temperature and pressure in can combustor.
i wanna learn this problem, but i don't know how start.
Please help me. I like simulate in rocket engine.
