Default Creeping Flow - Pseudo Time Scale

Hello

Can someone tell me how the pseudo time scale is managed for creeping flow in CFX ?
I'm wondering because it's a diffusive time scale and not a convective time scale in this case.
Is the best way to define it, it's the user ?
