Aluminium is on a distinguished road
Start from scratch with ANSYS student and looking for tutorials regarding modeling axial fan in air surrounding. I didn't see any interesting files in my software ? Is an address available to download this kind of material ?

The CFX tutorials are provided with the software so you should already have them. There are more available on the ANSYS community website on the ANSYS webpage.

Finally, I can't access to Ansys material without customer number: I use a student edition ... Any help is welcome

I think students are entitled to get a login. Talk to your university/college/school for the details on how to do this.
