Your equation is missing critical information such as the meaning of the different terms, and where they come from.
Are you solving the equation in a solid domain ? Do you want to implement it as a separate equation with no interaction with the existing heat transfer model , or as an extension of the existing heat transfer model ? the former can be done using an additional variable (read documentation as suggested) while the latter can be approached using a source term with the proper linearization coefficient.
