Default SOURCE DIMENSIONS

Does anybody know which dimensions CFX is using for the source terms of the momentum and scalar equations in CYLINDRICAL coordinates? I guess it should be the same as for cartesian coord. but I want to be sure. I have seen that some other codes change their dimensions when they change coordinate system (usually a multiplication by r-coordinate).

Greetings

Andreas

If you are checking the basic equations you see that they have an unsteady term independend of the coordinate and a source on the RHS. By calculating the dimensions of one term you may get the correct dimension for the source even when you are using cylindrical coordinates.

---> The dimensions are still the same if you are not using sources changing with direction....
