Please mark the week of October 23, 2000 on your calendar. * During that week, CFX will hold a User Day, Courses and Workshops to enhance your usage of CFX products.*All events will take place in Kitchener-Waterloo, Canada. * This event is especially applicable to*those working in the Aerospace, Automotive, HVAC&R, Power Generation and Manufacturing Industries. * The event starts on October 24 with a Turbomachinery Course presented by Brad Hutchinson and George Bache concurrent with an Advanced Turbulence Modeling*Course presented by Florian Menter.* October 25*will feature a CFX User Day and will include presentations by clients and CFX staff.* Both these events will be held at the Four Point Sheraton in Kitchener-Waterloo.**A gala dinner will be held the evening of October 25. October 26 will*contain three hands-on workshops in the*CFX Waterloo Office -*"CFX for Turbomachinery" and*"Introduction to*CFX-5" and "New Features in CFX-5".**The Advanced Turbomachinery Workshop will conclude the morning of October 27. * INVITATION TO PRESENT

Your participation by presentation at the CFX User Day on October 25 is very important to us. Because we know your time is valuable, we have provided two different opportunities for you to communicate your knowledge.*

A) Technical Presentation Duration: 20-25 minutes with 5-10 minutes for questions* Synopsis: This presentation should feature a full case study from start to finish. You will be asked to submit an electronic copy of any slides or other materials on October 25 for the proceedings. Please do not submit any highly confidential materials.*

B) Technical Brief Duration: 8-10 minutes with 5 minutes for questions Synopsis: The Technical Brief should feature a short overview of your use of CFX. It does not need to include a solution. You will be asked to submit an electronic copy of any slides or other materials on October 25 for the proceedings. Please do not submit any highly confidential materials.
