Default Developing Flow

I have been looking at using Cfx 5.4 for modeling developing flow in a circular pipe (ke modeling). When looking at the blockage factor, I get results that show a rise to a maximum with out an overshoot much like the second set of results shown by Klein, 1981.

Is this typical of Cfx? If so, are there codes that do show an overshoot response?

The y+ is in a resonable range, and I have a long pipe modeled.

Thanks
