Simple impeller example
 
I am a beginner with regards to CFX but have used other CFD codes previously. The documentation I received with CFX 4.3 (structured version) does not contain an example that deals with the grid and solver set-up of a simple impeller-type problem to demonstrate the use of rotating grids etc. (The other codes I have worked with have such examples)I am left with the unhappy task of finding out how to do this by trial and error. Does anyone have such a step by step example (maybe from earlier CFX documentation)?

Usually an impeller-directory is provided with several impeller-vessel-geometries (Rushton, Pitch blade etc.). Search in your file system for this subdirectory. Maybe it helps.

Install CFX4.4 it has tutorial example for a mixing vessel simulation from begining to end.

I am very admire you, I have call AEA China office, They didn't received the cfx4.4 at all. I don't know when I can get it. Who can give me a CFX4.4?
