hi!

I'm a novice user of CFX 5.4. In CFX 4, I got average values of surfaces by 'user2d'. Is there any method doing such a job in CFX 5?

Thanks in advance.

You should probably get a copy of CFX-Post, the new postprocessor for CFX-5. It can calculate average values on 2d planes. Go to the website, there is a prerelease version you can download from the community web pages.

The solver cannot yet do this on an arbitrary 2d patch the fly.

Dan.
