Default Hig Reynolds no---scalable wall function

Could anyone explain the high Reynolds No near wall model as well as the log-law (scalable) functino in TASCflow.

I'm not sure about the high Re near wall model.

The scalable wall functions are based on the premise that there is no way that you can reasonably resolve the boundary layer. So, they assume that the first node on the wall lies at the boundary of the viscous (or laminar) sublayer and the turbulent part of the boundary layer. This corresponds to setting that node to a y+ of 11.
