CFD book on Multiphase flow
 

Hi,

Does anyone know of any CFD book on Multiphase Flow using FINITE VOLUME METHOD?I am trying to write my own CFD code using FVM,but find there are no books on this topic.Also if anyone can provide me with a source code on the Euler-Euler method,I would be very thankful to him/her.
