CFX Northern European User Conference
 

CFX is pleased to release further information regarding the format of our Northern European User Conference on Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th November 2001.

The first day will include presentations on CFX's strategy and product development plans, a presentation on the new turbulence models developed by Florian Menter, an overview of our research projects and the EASA initiative.

On the second day, the conference will divide into parallel sessions. There will be training and advice workshops on the new capabilities in CFX-5.5, CFX-4.4 and CFX-TASCflow 2.11.

Attendees will able to chose from sessions focused on turbomachinery, chemical process, HVAC/Fire/Safety, combustion and multiphase.

There will also be guest presentations from the following CFX customers: DSM, Corus, DuPont, Thames Water, Mott MacDonald, Qinetiq, Building Research Establishment, Halton Group and PCA Engineers.

This event is primarily aimed at our commercial and academic customers in the UK, Eire, Benelux, Scandinavia and Iberia, but we will be happy to welcome any CFX users who wish to attend.

Registration fees are: Commercial customers for Day 1 and 2: GBP 160 + VAT. Commercial customers for Day 2 only: GBP 100 + VAT. Academic customers for Day 1 and 2: GBP 125 + VAT. Academic customers for Day 2 only: GBP 65 + VAT.
