What is the best operating system for TASCflow 2.11.1 on a pc? Is there a reason to go to windows 2000 over NT or?

Hello! I think whether the NT4 or Windows2000 is ok for Tascflow2.11.1. But I prefer Windows 2000, not because it is a new version Windows based on NT technology. It is easier to use windows2000 than NT4.
