I have created a model in the Run build, and my problem is that i can not find the geometry and the command file in order to use solver from the environment menu. Do i have to create the geometry as well as the command file myself? If yes, how?

Your geometry is created but with a different name, something like

buildgeo.*.1328

or something like that. U have to rename it such as like m01.geo. In CFX environment>Setup>Command File (or >Command File>setup...I don't remember) U can make the command file (such as 4 example m01.fc)
