Hi,everybody, can you give me detail steps for carrying out the parallel simulation in cfx4.4 in network. thanks a lot in advance. stone

For CFX-5, it depends on whether you are running local parallel or distributed. For local, just select local parallel and the number of CPU's, then start. For distributed, select Distributed Parallel and select the machines (or enter the names of) you wish to run on and start. Only the name (and CFX-5 installation directory if not the default) are needed, the OS will be determined automatically.
You will need CFX-5 installed on each machine and as many parallel licenses as you have partitions. Robin |
