Moving wall or outlet? - Multiphase modelling

Hi, everyone,

I want to simulate the process in which the solid phase was poured into water in the pond. The pond originally contains pure water. Two phase fluid will form in the pond. The surface of the pond will increase as solids are poured into the pond. Since the surface is always changing, how can I build the geometry. Should I place a translating wall on the surface of the water? Or should I fix the domain and set the original surface as outlet then calculate the velocity of the two phase fluid flowing out of the outlet? I am a new CFX 5.5.1 user and forgive me for my stupid question.

Thank you!
