Why CFX need B-Rep
 
I am newer with CFX 5.5. Is anydoby can explain why CFX 5.5 need soild and B-Rep to represent Domain. Thank. I read manual, but I didn't get it.

Hi Gotosky,

CAD solids are only required by the mesher and basically ensure that the domain comprises surfaces which enclose a volume (i.e. no gaps exist).

Yes, but the van has to be a cutout solid from a volumetric region that surrounds it. The region that surrounds it can also be a B-rep (white), or a blue (parametric I think?) solid.
