Plotting Results on CFX-Post

I need to plot results on an individual surface within the fluid domain in CFX-5 Post. I read on the "frequently asked questions" that this is possible creating individual boundaries for these surfaces in the CFX-Build before generating results. But it is not explicit how to create this boundaries. The surface that i need is not planar, is a cylindrical surface. Thanks for your help.
