Default 2D Regions and Post-processing

Hi everybody! I have this problem, if somebody can help.... I want to create a plot on a individual and internal surface of my domain during post-processing. For this, after I created the 3D region with the geometry, I created the 2D regions with the enter and outlet surfaces of the domain to allow boundary conditions, then I created an additional 2D region with the internal surface where i want to plot results but in the post-processing this region disappears, I can see the 2 regions where I set the boundary conditions, but the other region is not in the domain.

Thanks!!!
