GETVAR (WHO, OPER, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, ACTION, CERACT, CRESLT, LVAR, NVAR, pVAR,CZ,DZ,IZ,LZ,RZ)

How can I set up the values for OPER, CWHERE etc.? OPER can be ARITH_AVER, what else? CWHERE can be ZN1/VERTICES and ...?

Is there any documentary or I have to ask CFX staff for support?

I'll be very appreciated if any comments or suggestions.

Bo

I've just start to try some user fortran these days, here is another question, can you give me some suggestions? Thanks.

... CALL LOCDAT ('Water at RTP.Temperature',

& CDTYPE,'STOP',ISIZE,pT,CRESLT) ... CRESLT returned 'ILEG' or 'NONE', what's the possible reason? How to use LOCDAT?

Two things jump out here:

1) If you are going to use LOCDAT you must either PSHDIR beforehand to the directory where the data area is located, or include the path in the data area name.

2) Solver data is usually stored using Solver Names for directories and variables, so you will need to get the solver name for Water at RTP.Temperature.

I don't know exactly what you are trying to do, but I suggest you contact your local CFX ANSYS office for support.

Regards
