Help! Subroutine can't work!
Hi all! I work with subroutine, but it can't work in the Solver Manager. In the OUT FILE the error messager reads as followed:
"ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction Message: Unable to load symbol inlet_velocity from C:\CFX\Workstation\winnt\pipevalve_inlet.dll: The specified procedure could not be found. "ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. Message: USER ROUTINE: Wprof could not be loaded. Please check the Library Path, Library Name and Calling Name. For FORTRAN user routines, the Calling Name should be in lower case. "ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. Message: Stopped in routine ICUFRT." Can somebody give me some hint? My OS is Windows 2000, CFX version is 5.5.1, and my working directory is at F:\CFX\Workstation. |
Re: Help! Subroutine can't work!
Well
have a look at your post: look at the first ERROR message - and compare the path with the one you specify in the question at the end of the post. Find one difference and win a ...... If this is not it, then try to set the path not as an absolute path, but relative one: '..' it works for me. good luck matej |
Re: Help! Subroutine can't work!
Hi Miko I have done butterfly valve tutorial by following the instructions given in the manual. I works and there is no problem in running solver. I think you have done some typing mistake. So try this tutorial once again carefully.

Re: Help! Subroutine can't work!
Hi Zahid,
I want to know how did you set your library path when you used Expression Editor to define the PipeValve_inlet function? I set F:\CFX\Workstation\ where workstation is my working directory. Thank you! Miko |
Re: Help! Subroutine can't work!
Hi Miko You have set the path correctly. I had also set path path exactly in similar fashion. I think you are comitting some other typing mistake. Try again. Good luck.

Re: Help! Subroutine can't work!
Hi Zahid! Now I have solved my problem and Fortran user subroutine can be called when Solver is run. The problem is Visual Fortran. It can't produce the four files which is necessary to be called.
