Accelerating solid

I would like to model a solid body that is accelerating through fluid. As far as I can make out the flow solver does not contain inertial terms and they need to be included seperately as a momentum source on the solid boundary. Is anyone able to help in this area?

Hi Blair,

What do you mean "inertial terms"? CFX solves the Navier Stokes equations, which will give you a friction force and pressure force on your body. These two forces should fully describe the forces on your body.
