Multi-outlet boundary condition?

I have a multi outlets and multi inlets configuration, if I set the same inlet velocity, I can get a converged result after I define pressure outlet condition. But if I define different inlet velocity reapectively, it can not converge, so I wander if it is caused by unsuitable definition of pressure outlet BC. Is here someone can give me some advice on how to define such outlet B.C.
