When I run SOLVER, I got an error message "ERROR OPENING RESTART FILE ON UNIT NUMBER 16. THE CFX-4 SOLVER HAS BEEN STOPPED BY SUBROUTINE OPENIO."What's the meaning of this error message? Thank you for your help!!

Read the message. Study the message. Be the message.

There's an "ERROR OPENING RESTART FILE". Are you restarting from another file? Does it exist? Is it corrupt (can you open it in the post processor)? Is it spelled correctly? Is it formatted or unformatted?
