droplet size

My to model is to spraying of a fluid and predict the resulting droplet size distribution. So, How can I know the droplets size.

You need to know an intial droplet size (distribution) for the application you are investigating. Meaning you have to start the calculation at the outlet of your "nozzle" with a droplet distribution at that location.
