Default "DIVIDE CHECK IN SCNOX, CPO=0"

Hi everyone, I got this error message in the .fo file while running the solver of CFX4.4: DIVIDE CHECK IN SCNOX, CPO=0 then the solver stops. It seems a divide zero error. Anyone know how to get rid of this error? Thank you very much.
