Hi

I am working with cyclone separator (CFX 5.6). I have created inlet duct. I have created curve from intersection between the surface duct and the surface cyclinder of the cyclone. Further, I have trimmed the curves from the cylindert surface. In case of creating solid by method of B-rep, I have the following message:

"A gab exist between two faces of the body"

I have tried to use edit/surface/edge match to close the gab but I have the same problem.

Can any one help me in this problem. Moreover, can anyone inform me how to create the inlet duct with the cyclone and the projection and trimmed surface.

Best regards
