Why always imbalance over 134% for P & Solid Mass?

Dear all,

The system is a vertical pipe with a gas-solid two phase flow and the approach applied is Euler-Euler theory. I tried almost all parameters which can be adjusted, however no converged solution came out at all. When I checked the outfile, I found the imbalance for pressure and mass of solidphase is always over 134% whatever the boundary conditions, initial conditions or anything else? So what's the reason? Thank you very much for your consideration.
