I am about to take up a cavitation based research project for which I am planning to purchase a CFD software.I request the forum members to kindly inform me of the posibilities of modelling cavitation taking place in pumps using CFX.

CFX has a cavitation model based on the Rayleigh-Plesset equation which has been validated on a variety of different devices. Contact your local CFX office for more information.
