mesh import

Dear all,

i would like to import a mesh from FEMAP. I have the possibilty to convert the the FEMAP mesh to a MSC/NASTRAN file, but which load type i have to apply in FEMAP to obtaion 2d regions in CFX-Pre to apply bc´s ?

Maybe if FEMAP can export patran neutral file, you can simply create groups with node selections. In PATRAN if I create groups with nodes, then I able to write neutral file which then can be imported into CFX. From each group of nodes CFX creates 2D region.
