CFX5.7 mesh to import

I have a .def file. I want to import the geometry (not mesh) in ICEM 5. is it possible?

def file does not contain geometry, only mesh. But you can use surface mesh as geometry(Transfer mesh->facets in Geometry->Utility), so you can generate mesh.
